do only what she asks of you, i think most of us just wan't to be left alone. if she doesn't ask for the help, please don't help. i know ( from watching my wife ) that it must be terrible to watch, but.... i think most of the people on this site would tell you to get her to a Neuro if she isnt seeing one, get her, her meds if she asks, and let her use all of her energy to get through the pain.
