Hello to all. My but it is nice to find this warm, fuzzy place. Like many others, I too wondered what could be the cause of these HAs I kept having. For 15 yrs. I kept putting it off to one thing or another. About a year ago my wife found a description of a CH and as soon as I read it, I knew I had won the worst possible lottery. What a prize!! The cycle I'm in now is the first I've had since I got a computer and I've found more info with it in the last month than I ever did anywhere else. I found the water treatment and am starting it now. I've never taken any meds because I wouldn't go see a doctor. I worried that if I did go in complaining of chronic headaches, my health insurance bills would go through the roof or would be cancelled, and I couldn't leave my wife and small children without coverage. So I just danced with the pain whenever it came knocking. How comforting it would have been to have known of this site years ago! Thanks to all of you. Steve
