Clint,
"Shadows" or "shadow headaches" are a nagging, treatening kind of thing. They range from a kind of twitching feeling, to pressure without any real pain, to those with pain but at a low level - painful enough and persistant but not full-blown. They can happen before the onset of full-blown clusters or they may hang around after attacks. Your attitude towards them is positive! Many of us a scared to death of them and that incringes on our quality of life during the in-between times. A healthy respect for them is O.K - crippling fear should be avoided at all cost! That's why this board. We can do TOGETHER what we cannot do ALONE!
