Sorry to have you here but glad you found us. It's no longer "Why me?" but "Why us?". I'll be 60 next month and have lived with the beast most of my life. I just toughed it out in the early yesrs; no one had ever heard of CH then, When I went chronic in the mid 1980's I had to do something. After being misdiagnosed and mistreated many times I found a neuro who had actually heard of CH. I got my first script for O2 from him and it was a miracle. I just tried the water treatment on the last episode and it only lasted a few days with only one really bad day. I very strongly recommend water and O2, 8 oz H2O every half hour (if you can stand it, I do it every hour and got results), 8 to 10 liters/minute of O2 for 10 to 20 minutes at the onset of a CH.
