Some of you folks have mentioned that you get relief when you turn on the a/c on high and let the cold air hit you , or stick your head in the freezer or apply ice .
I was always under the impression that this would aggravate my situation .
I know that for a fact , because when I tried to go to a movie theater a while ago , my clusterz were lying dormant, the theater was very cold and right away my right eye began lacrimating ?? Is that the scientific term for it ??..And the pain sarted on my right side .
Now , I assume the cold will help some , and not others. Or the cold will help relieve or abort an attack that's already begun..
In either case , I always shun the cold air , I know it's not good for me . Btw , I made the mistake of putting my face near the heater during an attack once.
Big no no .
Right now , I believe I'm at the end of my cycle and whatever I try won't be accurate especially with the verapamil .
No pain no pain ..
