The good news is that it's almost certainly not a cluster headache. Cluster headaches differ thus:
1) They occur several times a day, every day for a set time period.
2) They tend to be localised on one temple, though occasionally both (God forbid), but never in the centre of the face.
3) They rarely last more than 1 hour, 30 mins is average.
4) The number 1 symtom is excruciating pain - you didn't mention any.
It's must be unpleasant not knowing what is wrong - but believe me you're better of without these! Hope you find relief soon.
