You make an interesting point because I found that when I noticed the start of what I call a migraine (yes it was a series of headaches, or CH if you prefer)
that if I exercised, then I could reduce, if not eliminate the effect by exercise.
As it was that my migraine,CH etc.. started when I left University and seriously reduced my sporting activities (and bought a car, instead of walking everywhere), then one could summise that in my
case, I have an inability to process excess urea due to my inactivity.
Hence the reason that, in my case, the attacks started predominantly towards the end of the week.
Therefore, by taking something to break down the urea I don't have to run a marathon every night, or work out at the gym for 6 hours.
I apologise if I have caused offence by using the word "migraine", but it seems that some people think that they're in a club, and unless you wear the right tie you can't get in.
Thankfully, I'm wearing the wrong tie.
