If you can try to get your family to read some of the post.
If you they wont be sneaky about it. Tell them a story about what your going through or what you have read on the board. Dont say anything about it being CH till the end of your story.
Sometime`s us CHer`s have to be very creative in telling other`s about the way we suffer.
