Hey, try Dramamine tonight. It will help you get to sleep and stay asleep - it doesn't let you get into the REM phase of sleep and the Beast doesn't seem to reach you unless you are there. Sleep deprivation is a big part of your stress right now and a good night of rest will help you be strong to fight the Beast in the morning.
Take your family by the ears, sit them down, and make them read the Board, girl. Ignorance is NOT bliss when it comes to Clusters.
Try doing searches on water treatment too - it just might help you.
