Although there is no reason why you couldn't try it, I very much doubt that viagra would help clusters. Viagra causes dilitation of the vasculature (it is how it benefits erections), and almost all treatments for clusters do just the opposite (namely constrict). In fact (although I haven't heard it reported), it wouldn't surprise me if Viagra would bring on a cluster.
I think the testosterone theory is a very interesting one. In fact, I have often wondered if Propecia (the hair loss medication) might be beneficial at all in the treatment in clusters (it works exclusively be inhibiting certain testosterone receptors). I, unfortunately, just haven't had the time to look into it.
