Jack, I think you identified why 480mgs of Verapamil
bothered me so much. I'm 5'8 155lbs. I'm convinced now that
480mgs in one single dose was too much for me. I've cut
back to 240 again. Seems to be working OK, although the
headaches are still there - just less severe. Still bad enough
to have me up at 3:19am responding to your post, though!! Actually,
it just ended prior to my signing online, but here I sit - afraid to
go back to bed for fear of an even worse attack. --Vince
