WOW! Have I met you people? 100%, agree with all of you! Panic seems to increase with the scale. Anger seems to increase with the scale. Heart rate increases with the scale. It's funny how we have never defined the scale before. I always kinda knew what people were saying when they said things like, "a 4" or "an 8". Well put; All of you!
