Margie and Buddy both help spouses. Just tell your wife to write what she feels and one of them (or one of the others will help you). We Cheads really don't understand how spouses deal with us, but another spouse does.
Margie is Chairman of the Family Outreach part of OUCH. She's working on it now. Go back and check some of her posts. She's really got her finger on the pulse of how families feel.
Tell your wife NOT to be a stranger. This site is for her also.
