Barb is absolutely correct:
put it in writing !!!!!
I am a writer by nature, by politics and sometimes by trade, so I guess I think "written" when I think complaint
tip:
the more you give your complaint an "itemized" "just the facts" tone, the more quasi-legal it will sound & the more apt it is to stay on the desktop
getting too carried away with morality/ethics shoulds & oughts gives 'em an excuse to lose your letter
make it look like you're writing it as a rough draft of a formal legal complaint (who knows it, might be) and they'll get the msg
this would be a good thread to pursue -
we've already beaten it to death, re: the info is now available
maybe it's time to get cooking on real hardcore functional techniques to be SURE it gets heard
my own opinion is that one-on-one is ALWAYS the best way in the end -
and if we EACH do it every chance we get, then it IS a mass appeal
sideline:
anyone noticed how you can't make these CH things happen, no matter what, if you're NOT in a cluster ?
just spent 6 hours, in the heat, in the sun, in the bleachers, amidst 100s of screaming kids, at my daughter's state track meet
not even a twinge
sunblind, 1/2 deaf, bleacherbutt, damn near heat stroke, but NO CH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
