That's really not that uncommon. I always feel like I've got an exposed nerve in one tooth and someone is blowing cold air on it. It has something to do with the sinus being in the same region as the tooth nerves or something like that. My ear hurts too. All those nerves are right there together. Don't have your teeth pulled yet!
