It is not sleep apea as such, I think. There is an article I am desperately trying to trace (about 2 years back)about sleep research, with the outcome that people breathe first through one nasal cavity and then th other. And they CHANGE OVER EVERY TWO HOURS. Which is about my rythnm for CH!
I also noticed that my right nasal cavity does not get congested (it remains almost dry despite the tears)but seems to pinch itself shut.
Since I found out I can abort "shadow attacks"
by pulling wide the nostril on the attack side and snorting up air as powerfully as I can. It does not work with proper attacks though, but i saves me a lot of discomfort.
