I tried bio-feedback a few years (6?) back, to try to control stress.
The doc's said it would also help the CH as I had been recently diag as "going chronic".
Unfortunately, it was unsuccessful on both accounts.
That certainly does not mean it could not work for you.
I had similar results with acupuncture, but have heard of others who experienced good results.
There are other alternative treatments referenced here, the "water therapy" being one.
Also search meditation etc.
The good news (we have to take what we can get), is that lithium was able to break the cycle which lasted over 9 months, and I returned to an episodal state.
