Dominic, it sounds like your doctor has absolutely no idea what a cluster headache is, or what the treatments for clusters are.
Why don't you print some of the information from the 'about' page (link below) on this site and set it on her desk so she can have a clue!
She won't prescribe O2 because it is only for people who are disabled????? Gimme a break!!!!!!
