I suffered from what was diagnosed as clusters from 1980 until 1994. Talk about a messed up life. I tried everything oxygen, sansert, lithium. Finally I stumbled upon the concept that they might be caused by a fungal infection called Candida. I found a book called the Yeast Connection by a DR. Crook (Funny Name for A Doctor right) I followed the diet and in addition I took the medication Diflucan (200mg a day for two weeks) Amazingly enough the headaches went away. Then in late 1998 i took antibiotics for some dental work and the headaches returned. Turns out antibiotics also kill of the good germs which keeps Candida in control. I went back to the method that I used in 1994 and the headaches again went away! I suggest you use your search engines to look up the word CANDIDA and try this. No guarantees but it's worth the try.
