I have had cluster headaches for a long time. I can't tell for sure from your symtoms. The key things you look for are: definiite cycles at the same time intervals, pressure is usually behind the eye. Mine always starts with a tingling in the nose. The pain in mine are never pounding, just a straight searing or boring pain. You should start to pay close attention to the times that you are having the headaches keep a diary. The most important thing I can tell you is to go to a specialist. I went to a general practicioner for several years before I finally found a nuerologist by accident. Make sure they have a backround in headaches. Ask questions! Ask how many cluster headache patients they have dealt with. Even some speacialists do not correctly diagnose cluster headaches. Find a good doctor that you like and trust, then stick with him. A lot of sufferers lose patience and will switch doctors. This is not usually good. Good luck!
