I think I've danced that dance with you. You've painted a great picture with your words. A picture we've all been in at one time or another.
I always find it interesting how a bunch of head bangers that have never met or talked with each other have come up with the same routines, treatments for these HA.
The hot, the cold, the pacing, the watching the clock, etc. We've ralked about preping before going to bed. I lay out a towel on the kitchen counter, next to the frig. so I can wrap my ice pack quickly. I take a tab of cafergot out of the bottle and lay it on the night stand so it's the first thing I grab. I leave the rest of the bottle downstairs with the cap loosened cause if I need them it will be in the middle of the pain and I don't want to wrestle with the bottle cap. I prop my wrist watch on the family room table. I know if the first cafergot tab hasn't started to kick in after 15 minutes, it's time for a second and more than likely I'll be in the bathroom heaving in another 1-1/2 hrs. It's gonna be a ten (that's another thing, the rating system).
Just confirms the tie that binds us. All for one and none for 10s!!!
