The reasoning for the dramamine is that CH frequently hit at the first occurance of REM sleep, usually 1-2 hours after falling asleep. Large doses of dramamine cause such deep sleep that you don't go into REM sleep and therefore no nightime headache. (REM=rapid eye movement, when we do our dreaming). I haven't ried it, I'm in remission right now, so the others will have to give you the dosage.
