If your going to be any where with CH this is the place to be. I was going through a 24 year cyle. Going from medium to just kill me. I went to every doctor you can think of and then some. I finally have just gotten my demon under control.
I was saying 9 month`s, but it`s been more like 8. It took me and the doc a month to get the right combonation of med`s that worked for me.
in my case Imtrex did not work. Vepermil 240 mg`s, Evail 75 mg`s, Esgic -Plus an Naperson. Esgic-Plus was the key one that really worked. So far. Now this might change tomorrow or year`s from now. Time will tell.
You asked how do we get through a cycle.
It use to be ALOT of TEAR`S.An a Lock down in my bedroom. Then one day I said NO more. I had a couple slip`s where I went through the crying an the lock down. Most of the time. I`ll just lay down for about 30 minute`s to 2 hour`s and just keep telling myself " Your not going to win I am" Over an over. I`m a mother an a housemom fulltime I have know time for this demon that would like to take over my life. I just refuse to let it. For me it is that easy. Wish I cold say that for everyone else. As you have read we all deal with it in different way`s. This board has been my biggest healer and strength.
