i take verapamil (240)every day. if i miss a day i am assured a series of headaces.question is "how is it that alot of you are taking it occasionally? i don't know if i have a remission period because i would'nt dare not take my medicine, unless i mistakingly don't take it. and whenever i have forgotten i am rewarded with my problem again.should i take this stuff everyday? is there a side effect i should be worried about? thanks jim
