Just posting yet another year's experiments to help give others hope....
Back in the cycle this year for about 6 weeks, after a 6-month respite (I've been chronic for about 7 years, may have turned back episodic). Three years ago, Sansert worked. Two years ago it didn't but Verapamil did. Last year neither of them worked but Lithium did. This year, none of them worked until I combined prednisone with Sansert.
For attacks, I've been breaking Maxalt 10mg in half (since the cost so much) and I have gotten relief in 20 minutes or so (longer if I've just eaten). I keep an Imitrix spray handy for clusters that happen on a full stomach. Lots of $$$ but I'd pay double to chase the demon out!!!!
