I am also a 25 year old male who has suffered for 8yrs. with CH. My pain is always in my left eye and left side of my neck and scalp. I have also tried everything. I have tried Doctors, Neurologists, Chiropractors, Accupucturists, Allergists etc. Nothing seems to work.I have quit taking all pain medications. The only thing I take is Paxil which helps pain and depression.The only thing that has saved me is my faith in God.God has promised us that he will never give us more adversity than we can handle.Sometimes, I question why God has not taken my pain away, but I know he has given me this test for a reason. Hopefully, technology will come up with new ways to treat this hellish pain. Till then, we have to stay strong. We cannot give up. Despite the excrutiating pain, I still work 40 hrs. a week and attend a University.I would love to lay in bed all day, but no one will take care of me except for myself.I try to just focus on the people I love and the positive aspects of my existence.God bless the wives and families who stand by their loved ones who are in so much pain.Take care everyone.
