All depends on the Doc and the HMO. When I first tried O2, I didn't even know about it as a treatment. The neurologist just gave me a perscription for it and said let's give it a try. I had my annual physical last week and got to talking about CH with the doc. His first response was "Have you tried O2?". So hopefully you'll be lucky enough to get one that belives in the stuff. If not, do like the others say and get forceful and be persistant.
