Imitrex nasal spray

Hello....just a fast question...has anyone tried the imitrex nasal spray for clusters..and if so how long does it take for it to work if it dies at all????I just got some and wanted to get a little more info on if it works and is worth taking...oh and thank GOd for insurance:)...damn this stuff cost a lot!
