Tell me what ya'll think about this new survey thingy I'm working on setting up for us.
The page is in it's infant stages and the form doesn't work yet, but give me some input as to what type of questions you think would help us.

I know it has nothing to do with this post, but I think the person that painted the picture below suffered from clusters!
