I have these, also. Strange, aren't they? I thought in the beginning that they were a prelude for what was to come, but, like you, tylenol helped these. I'll have to say, though, that these little headaches are only a mere annoyance in comparison to CH. My husband doesen't even tell me when he has a headache anymore!!! He knows he should keep his mouth shut!
Anyway, what Ic bob said about eating could be what triggers the little ones. I find that when I get these it is because I have not eaten enough(or at all) that day.
