I know EXACTLY how you feel. (Been there done that). Robin and lc bob have offered you some excellent suggestions. Robin mentioned “Emergency services”. She is absolutely correct. Call the fire dept. (Don’t dial 911)! Call the firemen in the actual firehouse. I have received oxygen from them. I live in Rochester NY. If you are near me, I will also deliver you some Oxygen.
If you are unable to get Oxygen; lc bob’s suggestion of water is actually brilliant. (Lots of Oxygen in the water). When you do get a cluster attack; try to relax and breathe deeply and slowly. Rock your body and moan like this, “MMMMMMMM”. This helps me when the tank reads, “Empty”.
I have two daughters; one 6 and the other 2. I also have begged for death. I’ve begged the Mrs. to blow my brains out. (She never does). Bernadette; you are not only cursed with this Demon in your head, but you are also cursed with a strong will to survive. Hang in there. You WILL make it through the weekend. I am very sorry that you have to go through this.
