Although it's summer ( or summery conditions ) in Montreal, Canada, when I get my CLUSTAHS ( I just baptised it ) and it is during the winter months , I wear this neoprene mask made for outdoor activities . Such as skiing etc.
It covers the face , nose, chin, ear etc. YOu can even buy a model that covers the forehead and temples too . I wear that every time I have to venture outside in the snow ( sometimes even if it's for 2 seconds, that's whn it hits you ) . Only to quickly take it off when entering a commercial store or a bank . Lest they think I'm in for a hold up !! ( the things we have to worry about besides our clustahs !!)
One thing that has been intriguing me , however , if there are any sufferers in the Arizona area . Mainly , desert climate . I know my clustahs are affected by cold damp climates . And even if one were to live in a desert climate , if they were to keep on going in and out ( e.g. air conditoned mall and then exterior ) then things wouldn't help
When I have my worst attacks , it seems to happen at the onset of changes in seasons . And that's when I dream of just being in the middle of a dry desert .
It seems that cold air is doing some wonders for some . But not me . Maybe FREEZING cold water , just to shock my nerves .
Since I havent tried it, and I don't know what the results would be by living in a desert climate . I wonder if anyone can respond .
** typing this looking pretty weird by having my shades on **
p.s. You can find the mask at most ski shops .
Take care all and again , I'm so glad this site is up . I find it hard to believe that I'm communicating with people with clustahs from all over the world.
This is just GRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT !!!!!!!!!
Yazzzzzz.
