Well tomorrow I have to talk to the doc about medical necessity for imitrex injections. Insurance is only gonna go for 4 a month. Used up all four last week! One of the docs in the practice had his nurse call in the medical necessity junk, and of course told them I had headaches (not even the word migraine was mentioned!). Now it's time to get the doctor to call it in himself and fight for it. Why does this have to be so darn hard? Thought it was lifesaver when my company finally got a prescription plan, but of course they have their own set of rules that they play by at these insurance companies. Well, thanks for letting me vent and say a little prayer that I get through to the doc tomorrow and he gets through to insurance. Pain free wishes and remission dreams to all!
