Know the feeling. My husband has just complained that he has to do EVERYTHING! as I slept all day today with a HA. Would have been at work otherwise, so couldn't have done any more at home. I think that spouses, especially men, feel powerless when they see us ill. They then get guilty, and twist it so it's our fault. Instead of being angry with themselves they can be angry with us.
Even if you understand where its coming from its still a bummer to be on the receiving end.
It is not your fault. Asthma can be affected by mood/stress, so can eczema and multiple sclerosis. No on tells them its all in their head
