Alice, If nothing is working maybe he should check into Gamma Knife for clusters. It's not a knife but a beam of radiation. It's working good on clusters. It has less side effects than other surgerys.
I have info about studies they have done using GK for clusters, I'd be glad to send you if you like. Don't know if I'll have time to send it all to you before my surgery but after I could.
