Paul, Thank you for the reply. This is my second
period of ch. The first was about 5 years ago and I thought I was in the clear; not exactly. Anyway, this time they are more severe and the duration is longer. Also, they are happening at night only this time. I am in my fourth week. I feel like I'm in a sleep walk during the day from the lack of sleep. Anyway, misery loves company. Thank God for this board.
