Hi Yazz,
I too have had light sensitivity to the point that
my family all still say, "Light coming on!" when they
switch on a light in a room.
Last winter, while the ground was snowcovered by the way,
i began taking a Magnesium supplement and my light sensitivity
improved remarkably. I continue to have shadow clusters (even they
are declining in potency) but my light sensitivity has all
but disappeared.
Magnesium is cheap and relatively harmless. We may
know it as Epsom Salts. The recommended daily dosage is
around 500 mg. Here's what i do... I bought a bottle of 250 mg
tablets..about 3 dollars for 100.. and it started taking them 2
or 3 times a day. Since the body has no way of storing
Magnesium it is important to space it out. Even 100 mg
2 or 4 times a day is better than 500 mg once a day.
As the level of serum magnesium increases in our bodies
we will absorb less of the magnesium and it will pass through
our systems. Since it is also known as Epsom Salts, you will
not be surprised to find out that when we are taking
too much it will make our bowels loose, diarhea.. so just cut back
a little and maintain a dosage that is good for you.
Spinache, kidney beans, and shellfish are the best dietary
sources of Magnesium. The problem is though, with modern agricultural
techniques, if the Mg isn't in the soil to start with, or isn't added
to the soil, then there will be none in the plant. Some
areas of North America are natually lacking in Mg in their soil.
I still have sunglasses laying around everywhere, but it isn't absolutely
necessary that i wear them.
One more small point..a high intake of caffeine from coffee or cola
will act as a diuretic and leach the minerals from our
bodies so anyone with a cola or coffee habit should increase
their water intake.
Let me know if you try this and if it helped any.
Wish you painfree days a'head..
Brian
