when my wife is home i leave the room and go to the basement.if she is not home you learn to develop a whole lot of restraint real fast.i also try to play with him on the floor alot of rolling around, jumping up and down with him in my arms, i also do sits up and hold him forward of my body at arms lenth. this works two fold my kid thinks i'm great because dad is playing with him and i do some exercise which helps to control the h/a. now keep in mind that my kid is 17 months old and easy to pick up.But whatever works, right.
