After a lot of research I believe I have found what is wrong with me. I think I have what is called a cluster headache. It begins with an aura of dizziness then very quickly turns into a throbbing left side of head pain. I feel my eyeball getting pinched, back of the neck hurting. And pain all over the side. I quickly take two tablets of aspirin or 1 tablet of profin, by the time they take their effect usually 45 min, the damage is done. (I am not sure if it's the medicine or the length of the headache). I have had them for 4 years now, at long periods they disappear only to return for the same amount of time. They are occurring 2 times a day regularly for the past 21 days. In some earlier messages I have heard about Sumatriptan which I quickly went out and bought in the form of tablets called Imigran each containing 50mg of Sumatripitan.
Pls tell me if this is a cluster headache and what can be done about it.
