Do not consider the 45 caliber analgesics, that's
a permanent solution to a temporary problem. We
have all been there. Consider the loss and pain
inflicted upon those you would leave behind.
Consider the quality of such a precious thing as
life, even with the few pain free hours. To lay
around, or pace around, in terrible pain is not
the sum total of your life experience. Consider
the value you bring to the world, the help you
may offer other sufferers, the beauty of a sunrise the peace of the long quiet hours
on the morning when the HA finally releases you
from bondage to introspection.

some, natural, pharmacuetical, coping methods,
work arounds, *support*, all these are here for
the taking.

understand this affliction, the more you begin
to feel in control, to feel proactive rather than
reactive. It's the damn "outa control" and associated
