Hi Yazz,
Now this may sound pretty stoooopid but can’t you try wearing real dark sunglasses when you are working on the computer?
I do know how bad light can get. Fortunately it is only when I am having a real headbanger that light gives me any trouble. A couple of weeks ago, when I was having one of the aforesaid headbangers, the dim glow from my dark computer screen saver nearly poleaxed me. And I only happened to catch the glimmer through a window, out of the side of my eye, from 50 yards outside the house, in the middle of a night with no moon! I decided to carry on walking (pacing) around with my eyes closed. Bloody dangerous thing to do however, as I then fell in a ditch. Felt a right twit. (This is really true by the way!)
BrianW who posts here mentioned magnesium supplement to cure the problem. Apparently he had the light problem real bad too. I don’t know the details but if he comes on the board no doubt he will pass it on.
I don’t mind any colour to work with. My wife usually chooses those things for me. She said I have no taste.
Bye
Laurence
