I use O2 to stop the headaches too. My neruo prescribed it for me. I have a small 'E' tank about 3' tall under my desk at work. The medical supply company I use helped me find a used one with a good regulator that I bought for about $179. The refills are $12. My insurance does accept this as treatment and pays the same as they would a prescription. I have a larger 'H' tank at home (about 5' tall). I rent it monthly @ $20 and refills are, I think, also $12. Hope this helps. Don't give up, maybe you can convince your insurance to accept this procedure - sure beats narcotics!! The medical supply company has been extremely supportive so talk to one in your area and explain what you are going through.
