Paul - yes, it was the anguish, the pain, the fear which
prompted me to express, to put it down in some written
form. It doesn't get easier with experience, so we must
find a way to deal and live life. It helped me to note
the various characteristics of the CH syndrome and aspects
of coping and before I knew it, I had a chain of haikus
going which touched on those points particular to my
CH experience. I figure many of those points are also
familiar to many of the folks here.
