I had the same problem with the Dr.'s in the beginning. It sounds like you are in the HMO bullshit I went through. Tell your Dr. that July is unacceptable and if that doesn't do it complain to the customer service dep. at the HMO group. If you still dont get satisfaction then scream shout and be the biggest pain in the ass they ever saw. Eventually you will get results. Just don't take no for an answer! Best of luck.......Paul
