I've experienced no remission for a few years, 6 months remission, a year, two years, so who's to say the surgery helped someone get a year's remission? That may have been on the Demon's agenda, anyway. Sometimes, they strike with amazing regularity. Sometimes, they don't. I've had cycles begin in the fall, begin in the summer, begin in the spring, not begin in winter yet - (Technically, November's in the fall)- but I've a year or two left in me, so that's also a possibility. The only thing truly predictable is that they'll be back, or not. Charlie has had an amazingly lengthy break. His could start back tomorrow, or not. Neurological damage is nothing to take lightly.
I'd better quit now... I'm gettin' extremely pissed.
