I previosly had posted with my feers of finding employment. I have since found a temporary emploiment with the help of my sister I must add. My sister was the head of outpatients at the Diaconnese huis and gave up part of her function so that she could do fewer hoers. I heard from her that The hospital was looking for data entry personel for 6 months. A temporary job. I said I was interested and she let the people involved with this project know. Allthoug they were only planning to use their own log sickness leave personel they askt me to come round and see if I could cope. Upon introducing me to the head of this project my sister mentiond that I had CH. To ouer ammaysment she said what horrid and terrible for you. To my sisters question what do you know about CH, she answered that she had headachs every day and head read a folder about headachs where CH was mentiond. I asled whether there was a problem me trying for the job. Her answer was absolutly not. If you want to try to work with your disability I will give you all the help you need. Try and see how it gows she said. Dont hurry she said. Have a rest when you need it she said. What is importent is the quality not the quantety. Monday I had a triel and made several mistaks. No problem you are learning was her comment. Today after having had an attack and injecting imigran I went to work. My sister who gave me the instructions on moonday was sitting next to me because I am still learning, was amaized that I still knew everything. I had told her that I had had aCH and to keep an eye out. When the project manager came round I was so ingrosed in my work that I did not realize that she was there untill I heard my sister telling her that I had had a CH this morning. SHe has come to work all the same? Yes said my sister. I said i WOULD BE VERY CARFUL CHECKING MY ENTRYS. Just take oit easy she said. The fackt that someone is understanding maks such a difference. I felt safe I knew I could rest if I needed. I have regaind part of myself confidence even though I made a fool ofmyself when trying to go back to my sisters office that happens to lie on the floor above. If you remember that you must klimb up the stairs to get there. The hospital is eaven willing to withhold my wayges fore some time so that I can solve my problems with my disability andunenployment benifet. So you see The sun can shine and there are people that are willing to understand and give us a hand that do not suffer from CH.
