O2 again

Thank you for all for your response to my questions about oxygen. I have one more. I have read that I will need a flow rate of 8-10 lpm.

What about those concentrator that put a max. of 5 lpm like "DeVilbiss Five Liter Oxygen Concentrator"

Did anyone try it and can enlighten me? I know its not 8-10 lpm, but its an endless supply of O2. There are used ones out there cheap, but I am not able to try it befoe I buy it.
