You're taken the first step by coming here. Go back and read posts and then take them to your doc and talk about different ways to stop these demons and what to take to keep them at bay.
Bring your hubby here and let him know we Cheads DO understand and are going through the same thing as he is. We tend to think we're all alone with these things. This is a great place - misery loves company and all that. O2 works on most of us - get a scrip for that.
Hang in there. We DO feel his pain.
