Do you mean go to work while you are in the middle of a headache? If that's what you mean, no way! There is no way I would or could move from my family room during an actual headache. If you mean go to work during a cluster but not during an actual attack, yes. I usually only miss a few days during a cluster while I'm getting my meds up to speed to fight the bastard.
