I was in the middle of a bout when I left Holland for a one month vacation in Thailand. This was in July, my bout lasted from half May till the beginning of September. I'm more like a chronic/periodic type. I simply took the beast with me on vacation. We had a hell of a time together. Everything I wanted to do, to see, eat or drink he would have part of it with kip 8 daily. So for me there was not any difference whatsoever in my CH. Neither forthe beast LOL
